In no particular order:
- I feel bad when I am posting updated discussion of the Ohio Public Health Advisory System to Identica of all places.
- Masks are increasingly required throughout Ohio and it looks like Cleveland as well as Cincinnati are at the tipping point for heading back to lockdown
- People are increasingly acting as if there are other attributable causes for all coronavirus cases right now. I don't have the level of faith required to believe that government is that hyper-competent to execute such a conspiracy. Over five years working as a bureaucrat disabused me of any notion that government is all that competent to do really anything.
- Mike DeWine says he does not want to adopt a statewide mask mandate at this time.
- While previously it was going to be just a misdemeanor to violate the mask order it appears that in the community of Stow we'll be seeing criminal trespass charges tacked on too…
- Do not go to a coronavirus party
- People were apparently wanting to be test cases for challenging the constitutionality of mask orders in Ohio by seeking to be arrested at their own protest. Nobody came to arrest them, though.
- Cuyahoga County finally ran the table on Governor DeWine's metrics as of Friday which may earn them time in the sin bin.
- The medieval faire is trying to be cute and is cruising to get itself shut down.
- Unfortunately some sites like my local almost-daily newspaper do not want to be archived. I wonder why?
- I am increasingly done with the garbage locally. Unfortunately conditions are not much better elsewhere.
