Many people are familiar with the iconic performance of Charlton Heston in The Ten Commandments. In 2023 it was shown on the evening of April 1st on ABC. It will not be available to see on any streaming service. It must be remembered, though, that there was a silent film version done by the same director in 1923. That version is in the public domain and is presented from the Internet Archive for your viewing pleasure. Bear in mind that it does not exceed twenty minutes in length, though.
